Sale and Purchase

What is the property sale price?
If the property is leasehold, the legal title will include an additional set of Title Deeds and a Lease. We will contact the Freeholder/ Managing Agent to check that the terms of the Lease have not been breached and we will calculate the rent/ service charge payments due on completion.
Is the sale property leasehold?
To repay second charges or other unsecured loans.
Is there a mortgage on the property?
Should you decide to take this option, and the matter does not complete, we will not charge you for any of our legal fees.
No completion no fee option

New build?
You are buying a property through a shared ownership scheme.
Shared ownership (Housing Association) scheme?

No completion no fee option?
Stamp duty relief is open only to someone who "has not previously purchased a major interest in land, which is wholly residential anywhere in the world".
