Property remortgage value?
If the property is leasehold, the legal title will include an additional set of Title Deeds and a Lease. We will also contact the Freeholder/ Managing Agent to check that the Lease has not been breached.
Is the property leasehold?
Where one party is being added or removed from the title deeds.
Transfer of Equity?
Should you decide to take this option, and the matter does not complete, we will not charge you for any of our legal fees.
